Following the death of Gregory P. Joseph earlier in the year, Joseph Hage Aaronson LLC (“JHA”) has closed as a law firm and ceased providing legal services, effective August 27, 2026.
This does not affect Joseph Hage Aaronson & Bremen LLP, which is a separate law firm based in London, England.
While JHA has closed as a law firm, JHA will continue to exist as a legal entity for administrative purposes for several years. Please note that JHA’s former office at 800 Third Avenue, New York, New York has closed. Because JHA no longer operates as a law firm, it no longer has any attorneys on staff. After August 27, 2026, mail or email addressed to attorneys who used to work at JHA may not be delivered.
