Benjamin H. Albert is a graduate of Georgetown University (B.A., magna cum laude, 2010) and New York University School of Law (J.D., 2014). Before joining the Firm, Mr. Albert was an associate in the litigation department of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, and from 2019 to 2020, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Loretta A. Preska of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Albert is a member of the Bar in New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
