Roman Asudulayev is a graduate of New York University (B.A., summa cum laude, 2009)—where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa—and a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2013)—where he served as Business Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He is a member of the Bar in New York and New Jersey and admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is fluent in Russian.
