A new article analyzing the Supreme Court's landmark decision in Bell Atlantic v. Twombly, which has been cited in more than 980 decisions since it was decided on May 21, 2007, has been posted today on the Recent Articles page (title: "Supreme Court Rewrites Pleading Rules").
