Also from the just-concluded Evidence Rules Committee meeting: Attached is the final language drafted by the Advisory Committee on the Federal Rules of Evidence regarding selective waiver. As noted in the other posting bearing this date, the concept of selective waiver has not been approved by the Committee, what has been approved is that the language that the Committee proposes be sent to Congress, at Congress's request, with no position taken on the merits.
